Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to service, repair and install CCTV, Access, Fire and Security systems for customer base, which includes municipal, residential and commercial accounts. In addition the technician should positively represent Redwire in the community.

Job Requirements:

The incumbent should have past experience in low voltage wiring and excellent customer relations’ skills. Experience with the installation of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, and fire systems, including integrated applications, is strongly desired but not required. A high school diploma or GED, good communication and customer service skills, basic computer experience, electrical experience are needed. IT and networking experience helpful. A clean driving record is required. Current BASA/FASA certification desired, but not required.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Repair and install all systems to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Participate in the after-hours on-call rotation.
  • Maintain monitoring equipment in Central Station.

Job Summary:

To provide optimum service for clients in alarm monitoring, dispatching, and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements:

Minimum high school diploma or GED, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multitask, basic computer and Windows skills. This position must be willing to work a flexible schedule – weekends, holidays, evenings.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for responding to alarms in the prescribed manner.
  • Maintain accurate accounts of events for alarm activation, dispatch, and other general activity.
  • Troubleshoot system problems with clients to restore operation to the clients satisfaction.
  • Dispatch service technicians for after hours repair of systems.
  • Attend operators meetings and any scheduled training events.
  • Work closely with technicians and installers during service calls and new account setups.
  • Run and process client reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Assist in general clerical work and other miscellaneous duties.
  • Other tasks as required.

Job Summary:

The C.S.S. should provide quality care and service to all clients, including 3rd party Dealerships. The incumbent should also be a team builder and a team player. The primary purpose of the position is to provide support and assistance to the Central Station Manager (C.S.M.) in all areas of daily operation. Functions exempt from the C.S.S. are budget preparation, pay rate changes for staff, approval of personal time off, and execution of any staff discipline action without manager’s approval. This position is expected to lead by example in providing the highest level of professionalism to customers and coworkers. This shall take place in the form of telephone, email and all other methods of communication.

Job Requirements:

In order to be successful, the incumbent must possess above average client relation skills, a sense of urgency, and be professional. The incumbent should have an AA degree or two years management experience in a Call Center environment. A background in IT is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Management duties for Central Station during absence of the C.S.M.
  • Share management responsibility with C.S.M. of web-based applications
  • Responsible for all client account information set-up and programming
  • Manage expense budget for department supplies, phone line cost, and training
  • Assist monitoring operator work hours to minimize overtime in the department
  • Responsible for the efficient operation of the Badging Station
  • Assist C.S.M. in the interview process of new operators, as needed
  • Contribute information, including skill assessment, to C.S.M. for operator evaluations
  • Manage training needs of C.S. operators and C.S. support positions. This includes new operator training and continued coaching and education requirements for existing operators. Training may be in-house or outsourced within budgetary parameters
  • Weekly review of operator activity video & phone recording and of
  • Daily review of prior day incident reports
  • Assist with agenda planning for operator meetings
  • Assist with shift scheduling & assessment of shift needs
  • On-call duties for all absenteeism
  • On-call duties for all computer issues during absence of the C.S.M.
  • Ensure that all C.S. equipment is properly functioning and receives required maintenance during absence of the C.S.M.
  • Represent the Central Station in the weekly department meeting, and chair the weekly Franchise Communication phone meeting in the absence of C.S.M.

The primary responsibility is to keep accounts receivable aging to a minimum and follow a systematic process of communicating with the client base.   • Assist with running reports needed by management

  • Participate in reconciliation of the daily deposit and posting to the accounting system
  • Daily processing of credit card, ACH, and direct deposit posting and reconciliation
  • Track and reconcile insufficient fund matters as they arise
  • Ascertain problems or difficulties clients may be experiencing; then develop and implement solutions to the problem or difficulty, including a systematic follow-up procedure to ensure client satisfaction
  • Determine and manage accounts forwarded to our outside collection agency
  • Periodically participate in rate increase updates in customer records
